Steffi started selling her handmade chocolate from her mum's kitchen in 2014. She now works from a small unit based in the Tyne Tunnel industrial estate with 27 staff and sells the chocolate using social media. In 2020 they received some celebrity attention when Joe Wicks gave them a shout out, the business trebled and sales went through the roof.
