Salt: Are You Eating Too Much? Heart attacks and strokes linked to high blood pressure are costing the NHS £2billion a year and part of the solution is to eat less salt, but this programme asks if this is a battle people are really prepared for. Testing a number of Britain's best-known food brands, reporter Tazeen Ahmad reveals surprising evidence that suggests worrying inaccuracies in the labelling of salt content, with two-thirds of the products tested containing more salt than stated on the label.
