[edit] Part 1

The National Crime Agency and Border Force combine to swoop on a family yacht sailing past Dover which is stashed with cocaine worth an estimated £120 million. The boat is later sold off at a proceeds-of-crime auction to pay money back to the treasury. There is also a police raid with South Wales Regional Organised Crime Unit as they arrest a suspected drugs king-pin and seize his high-value assets. Plus the case of a mortgage and benefit fraudster who has his ill-gotten gains hunted down. A victim of drug dealing talks about their experiences, and discover how proceeds of crime can benefit local communities by funding charities.

[edit] Part 2

The National Crime Agency take down a gang who were trying to smuggle £100,000 worth of automatic weapons into the country. The gang were later given combined sentences of 90 years for what was one of the largest ever gun trafficking offences in the UK. The boat they used to smuggle the guns is now being auctioned, and the money raised from the sale of the boat will go back to the treasury. A second-hand dodgy-car dealer gets his final comeuppance as he is ordered to pay back £6 million he cheated out of customers

[edit] Part 3

A fraudster who was hiding a cannabis farm in a secret den has his ill-gotten gains seized and valued for auction. A boat that was involved in smuggling illegal immigrants is auctioned off at a proceeds-of-crime sale, and a man is jailed for insurance fraud after selling fake car insurance to more than 600 people. The programme speaks to one of these victims and visits a farm in Wales which helps disadvantaged people and has benefited from funding through proceeds of crime.

[edit] Part 4

Police investigate a clever con woman who was spending her stolen money on luxury shoes and handbags. Her prized possessions are seized and sold at auction. There is also the case of a love rat who was romancing and conning unsuspecting women and then spending their money on expensive cars. An investigation subsequently auctioned off his ill-gotten gains and the money was given back to his victims.

[edit] Part 5

Police investigate two drug dealers, who are forced to part with their ill-gotten gains. Plus how financial investigators caught one of the UK's biggest fraudsters for failing to pay HMRC the tax they were due. Instead he spent the money on expensive cars, jewellery and the high life. Police seize anything they believe was bought with criminal money, even the paintings off the walls of a drug dealer.
